Why are my recently bought Guldens not visible in the Gulden app?

When you first install the Gulden app you need to synchronise with the blockchain. With the mobile app this only takes a few minutes and with the desktop app it can take a bit longer. During synchronisation the download display is visible. Leave the Gulden app open until synchronisation is complete. If you have already purchased some Guldens they will show up as soon as the synchronisation process has been completed.
