The use of Gulden has a lot of benifits. However, just like many other things there are a few risks in using Gulden. Below you’ll find a summary of risks.
- A wrongly made transaction (for example: a transaction to a wrong receiver) cannot be made undone.
- If you lose your phone and haven’t saved the backup phrase, you cannot retrieve your Gulden (ergo you have lost your Gulden).
- If someone retrieves your personal information by – for example – phising. There is no Money Safe Guarantee from banks, insurance companies or the authorities.
- If the exchange rate drops your Gulden net worth drops with it.
