When you first install the Gulden app you need to synchronise with the blockchain. With the mobile app this only takes a quarter of en hour and with the desktop app it can take one to two hours. During synchronisation the download display is visible. Leave the Gulden app open until synchronisation is complete. If you have already purchased some Guldens they will show up as soon as the synchronisation process has been completed.
